Cancellation, Rescheduled and Missed Appointments
We know emergencies happen - so we want to be as flexible as we can to help you to attend your consultation call. Here are our current policies:
You can reschedule an appointment up to 48 hours before your call completely free of charge on one occasion.
Rescheduling with less than 48 hours notice will cost an additional 10% of the cost of your consultation call. A code will be provided to enable you to rebook at this price.
Rescheduled bookings cannot and will not rescheduled a second time, except in exceptional circumstances.
You can cancel your appointment up to a week before your call and receive a 100% refund for your appointment.
If you cancel with less than 7 days notice but more than 48 hours notice, you will receive a 50% refund.
If you cancel with less than 48 hours notice, you will not be refunded.
MISSED & FORGOTTEN APPOINTMENTS
Missed or forgotten appointments will not be refunded or rescheduled, except in exceptional circumstances. It is the responsibility of the client to remember and attend appointments. All confirmation and reminder emails are in BST (British Summer Time), and it is the responsibility of the client to ensure they understand and translate this for their own time zone.
