CONTENT CLUB FAQs

 I am on Maternity Leave, which means I will not be as available for troubleshooting your Content Club Subscription as usual! 

If you DO need my help, please allow at least 5 working days for a response. 

However, there are very few Content Club issues you cannot resolve yourself! 

Check out the below FAQs, and if you still require aid please send me a SECOND email. 

 

Q: I can’t work out how to access Content Club
A:
Your access email is automatic, but may go to junk! It will go to the email you used at point of purchase. 

To save you the hassle of searching for it, here is all you need to do to access your plans ☺️

Go to this url: https://www.puregallus.shop/account/register

Make your account using the email address used at point of purchase (must be this email address!) Then simply log in and all your plans will be there! 

If you do NOT use the email used at point of purchase, this will not work. 

  

Q: Where in the members area are my plans? 
A:
On Desktop, your plans are along the orange top bar of the members area. They will be called “Content Club Edition [number]”, and at any given time, you should have two.

If you are accessing on mobile, the top bar is a drop down menu, accessed by a large downward arrow on the orange bar at the top of the members area. Click the drop down menu, and your plans will be visible. These will have the same naming convention as on desktop. 

 

 

Q: Can I pause my plan?
A:
You have access to pause your account by logging into your members area on a desktop  going to “my subscriptions”, clicking “see more details” on the subscription you want to manage. If you scroll down, the pause and cancel buttons are on the right hand side, under your payment details.

You can manage this at any time on your own, and these instructions with screenshots are also pinned to the top of the Content Clubhouse Facebook group for your reference.

You can not pause from mobile. You must do this via desktop. If you have zero access to a desktop or laptop, we can manually pause you account.

Please give 2-3 working days for manual processes to take place.  This will be longer during bank holidays or festive periods.  If you have contacted us more than 3 days before your billing day however, any payments taken after your e-mail will be refunded in full.

Q: I don’t think I’m on the right plan. Can I change to a different one? A:

If you wish to change your plan, the quickest way to do this is to cancel your subscription and resubscribe with the correct subscription.

This is also something we can help you with manually. Simply email us at contentclub@puregallus.shop with your request! Please also allow 5 working days to process your request. This may be longer during bank holidays or festive periods.
